About the Service Providers:
Seton Family of Hospitals provides primary medical care through Seton Community Health Centers, established to offer health care and social services to working and uninsured families in Central Texas. The centers are a medical home for community members who would not otherwise have access to health care as well as member-musicians of Health Alliance for Austin Musicians.
St. David's Foundation provides dental care through the St. David's Dental Program, which includes one of the largest fleets of mobile dental clinics in the country. The program serves elementary-age schoolchildren at Title I schools as well as HAAM member-musicians and low-income adults at area safety-net clinics.
The SIMS Foundation was founded in 1995 to provide access to and financial support for mental health and addiction recovery services for Austin-area musicians and their families. Through its staff clinicians and a network of 60 therapists and treatment centers, SIMS serves more than 600 clients a year.
Estes Audiology Hearing Center's goal is to provide adults and children in central Texas communities with superior and comprehensive hearing healthcare services. It believes better hearing is a necessity in life and that the process involves knowledge, commitment and time.
Sliding scale fees and minimal co-pays and charges are applicable to all HAAM services.
Currently, resources are limited, so we are serving eligible, working musicians. Each service has its own eligibility requirements. (see below)
